Each application is assessed and processed. A summary of each application is then given to you to decide which tenant you are happy to approve

Leases are signed, bond is paid, Entry Condition Report is completed, and keys are issued to tenants

First inspection will be completed within 3 months of tenant moving in

Routine inspections will occur every 3-6 months

You will be notified of any maintenance reported

You will be notified of any changes to tenancy
